Frequently asked questions
What grading scale does this use?
A standard 4.0 scale with plus/minus grades (A+ and A both count as 4.0, A- as 3.7, and so on), which is the most common scale used by U.S. colleges.
How is a weighted GPA different from a simple average?
Each course's grade points are multiplied by its credit hours before averaging, so a 4-credit course affects your GPA more than a 1-credit course.
